“Ain’t Got No Time” Soup

Sometimes we just “ain’t got no time” and have to rely on premade, processed foods to get by and that’s okay! The key is to make smart choices by checking the food label to get the most out of your nutrition. This soup caught my eye as it is high in protein and fiber, low fat and cholesterol and contains no artificial colors or flavors. The biggest drawback is its high sodium content-but I can easily balance that by choosing lower-sodium foods for the rest of the day. I hope this helps bring a little convenience to your day!
